This 2411111/2102696 polyurethane track pad is made from a high-strength polyurethane composite material with excellent abrasion, impact, and oil resistance, making it ideal for demanding working conditions. What is the difference between rubber and polyurethane?

Rubber and polyurethane have obvious differences in properties and applications. Rubber has excellent elasticity and high flexibility, feels softer, and can maintain good resilience for a long time. It is suitable for scenarios that require high-frequency shock absorption, sealing or high flexibility. However, its wear resistance is relatively average; some types (such as natural rubber) have weaker weather resistance and chemical resistance, and are easily affected by ultraviolet rays and ozone.   Polyurethane, on the other hand, has adjustable elasticity according to needs and also has a certain degree of rigidity. Its overall wear resistance is more prominent, allowing it to withstand high-frequency friction.
