Product Introduction

The turnaround roller in the milling machine's material conveying system is a key guiding component. Installed at the turning point of the conveying path, its core function is to change the running direction of the conveyor belt, while supporting the belt to maintain tension and prevent deviation or slack. During operation, it is closely connected with other parts of the conveying system: it fits directly with the conveyor belt to guide its smooth turning and avoid spilling of milled waste; it cooperates with the drive roller to ensure the belt's uniform transmission and guarantee conveying efficiency; it works with the tension roller to maintain proper tension of the belt and reduce wear; at the same time, it receives waste from the hopper and guides it to the subsequent collection device smoothly. It is an important component to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the conveying system. 

Brief introduction to other components in the material conveying system?

1. Conveyor belt: The core conveying carrier, which receives milled waste and transfers it from the hopper to the collection device. It needs to be wear-resistant and tear-resistant to adapt to waste friction.

2. Drive roller: Provides the power core, rotates driven by the motor, drives the conveyor belt to run at a constant speed, and determines the conveying speed and efficiency.

3. Tension roller: Adjusts the tension of the conveyor belt, eliminates belt slack through a telescopic structure, avoids deviation or slipping, and ensures conveying stability.

4. Hopper: Temporarily stores milled waste, with a discharge port at the bottom, cooperating with the conveyor belt to achieve orderly feeding and prevent waste accumulation and blockage.

5. Scraper plate: Clings to the surface of the conveyor belt, removes residual waste, avoids material adhesion affecting conveying efficiency, and reduces belt wear.
